Today and yesterday, I met with my Hope4Cancer doctor to review all my initial tests for their evaluation. I’m so excited to report that through their testing no cancer shows in the lymph nodes. Hallelujah!
My doctor officially diagnosed me as stage 1B. She commented on how good my blood work looked, though one thing stood out—inflammation markers. While cancer can cause a higher inflammation rate, this appeared different. For twenty-nine years I have been fighting an inflammation response, connected to my soy allergy. While I am here at Hope4Cancer, they will conduct a few more tests to see if they can find the underlying cause. Please join me in prayer for this.
In addition, the doctor and I discussed the therapy I had mentioned in a previous update, in which Hope4Cancer thought I might need. After understanding the benefits, I agreed to add this treatment, which increased the cost by $9,900—making the new total $70,900 instead of $61,000. Brian and I believe God already knew this, as we heard additional gifts were mailed, which may cover the excess cost. We are floored by all God has done and your incredible generosity as we walk through this trial.
Below is a sample of my day on Wednesday. Each day is slightly different, with different therapies and different experts:
7:25 Pick up from hotel to outpatient Hope4Cancer center
7:45 Worship & prayer
8:10 Breakfast with green juice
8:30 IV with curcumin (derives from turmeric) for full body LED light bed
8:45 Full body LED light bed
9:45 Localized heat therapy
10:00 Near infrared heat lamp
10:30 Coffee enema
10:50 IV change to B17
11:00 Test result review with doctor
11:30 Oxygen hyperbaric chamber
12:45 Sono-Photo Dynamic Therapy (Part I)
1:00 Lunch with carrot juice
1:15 Sono-Photo Dynamic Therapy (Part II)
2:00 Sono-Photo Dynamic Therapy (Part III)
2:30 PEMF (pulsed electromagnetic field)
2:35 Vibration therapy
2:45 Ozone therapy
3:00 Return to hotel
There is so much to share. Please know I’m thoroughly enjoying the people, medical staff, and experience (even though they poke me a couple times to get the IV in because of my tiny veins).
PS: Check out this verse I’m memorizing, Ezra 2:69: “According to their ability they gave to the treasury for this work 61,000 drachmas of gold, 5,000 minas of silver and 100 priestly garments” (emphasis added).
Wow! $61,000 of gold they gave. That is the same as the initial cost of the treatment in USD to restore my body (I mentioned the memorization of Ezra two updates ago).
PSS: For those who have not seen me in a while, please know that I did not lose weight from cancer. The weight loss is due to the eating regimen change as well as fasting before the Lord regarding what treatment to do.
